IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please note:

• Duties and taxes may apply to imported items. Please find out this information before your order, because we do not not cover any duties, taxes or associated fees which may be applied to your order by your local government and be payable upon delivery. Please be aware that you will be responsible for payment of these costs upon delivery of your package. Please contact your local customs offices for more information.  

• We do not ship on weekends or Spanish National public holidays. All International orders receive full tracking information, please leave your phone number at check out. If needed, the shipping provider will contact you via both email and phone.  

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

3-5 business days to most major cities, world-wide 
Note: There can be occasional customs or delays which may affect your delivery time frame, these unfortunately are beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address is attended during business hours to ensure you are able to accept delivery of your package. In most cases a signature will be required on delivery to confirm that the package has been received.  

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily track the progress of your order. Please allow 48 hours from the time your order is first placed, until tracking information is made available, and your order status is changed to ‘Shipped’. As we ship orders Monday – Friday tracking details can only be supplied on weekdays.

SALE ITEMS:

All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

BACK ORDERS:

On occasion an order may be placed for an item that appears to be in stock, but has actually sold before online inventory is adjusted. When this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.

RETURN POLICY:

Should you need to return an item please send it back to us fully insured and pre-paid. The item must arrive unworn, in original condition, accompanied by the original packaging and receipt – within 14 days of placing the order. You will receive a full refund to the credit card in which the purchase was made minus the original shipping charge if all stated requirements are met.
