• Duties and taxes may apply to imported items. • Most of our items are made to order and require up to 3 weeks to complete. If your item(s) are currently in stock, we will ship them out as quickly as possible.
• When ordering a ring make sure you measure your finger correctly, as all rings are made to order.
• The shipping cost that will be charged on your order will depend on the place where the shipment is made, and will be conveniently indicated before you can accept the order. Free shipping for orders over 250€.
• To receive your order, you must indicate a postal address where you will receive our order, in case it is a gift for another person, we understand that you have authorization to transfer the data to us for the order that you make us. We are not responsible for such transfer of data.
• The customer is obliged to provide www.mayarijewelry.com with the necessary information of the address. In case of any lack or error in the information, www.mayarijewelry.com will not be held responsible. If your order is returned due to incorrect address or if you don’t pick up your order from the post office, a shipping fee will be charged to ship it again.
• We do not ship on weekends or Spanish National public holidays. All International orders receive full tracking information, please leave your phone number at check out. If needed, the shipping provider will contact you via both email and phone.

All orders will be processed and shipped via regular certified mail within 3 weeks of order confirmation unless otherwise indicated in item’s description.

The delivery time is 3-5 business days for Spain and 7-10 business days for the rest of Europe and UK.
- STANDARD DELIVERY EEUU & CANADA
The delivery time is 15-25 business days.
- STANDARD DELIVERY AUSTRALIA & NEW ZELAND
The delivery time is 15-30 business days.

Note: There can be occasional customs or delays which may affect your delivery time frame, these unfortunately are beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address is attended during business hours to ensure you are able to accept delivery of your package. In most cases a signature will be required on delivery to confirm that the package has been received.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily track the progress of your order. Please allow 48 hours from the time your order is first placed, until tracking information is made available, and your order status is changed to ‘Shipped’. As we ship orders Monday – Friday tracking details can only be supplied on weekdays.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE
All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
On occasion an order may be placed for an item that appears to be in stock, but has actually sold before online inventory is adjusted. When this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.
• All unused full-priced merchandise can be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned to us in original condition in order to receive credit.
• Due hygiene reasons, earrings are not returnable or exchangeable.
• If ever an item arrives damaged, it must be reported to me immediately – within 24 hours
Jewelry must be returned unworn, in good condition and in the original packaging that was given to you – within 14 days of placing the order. Buyers are also responsible for sending the items back safely. Shipping costs for sending back is customer responsibility. Once the shipment has been received at our address, we will proceed to check that it meets the requirements, in order to make a return, and once verified, we will send you an email informing you that the payment is ready. You will receive a full refund to the credit card in which the purchase was made minus the original shipping charge if all stated requirements are met.
How To Initiate A Return Or Exchange
- You may return or exchange your Mayari Jewelry item within 14 days of delivery unworn, in perfect condition.
To initiate the return, contact us through: email@example.com specifying the reason for the return and we will guide you through the process.
- We will reply to you within 1-2 business days regarding next steps in returning your order. Please note that shipping costs for sending back is customer responsibility.
- Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item(s).
